Are you a contractor who wants to make sure you avoid the future headache and litigation that can come from the problem of building your client’s home too close to or even over the property line? It happens more than you would imagine. We can take the plans designed by your architect or engineer and locate the foundation corners on the property without the headache for you. Many times we are asked to do this in phases beginning with a lot/boundary survey, then we set corners for the layout for the digging of the footer and ending with a precision layout of the foundation to be placed on the installed footer with concrete nails. On occasion we have been asked to even go further by laying out driveways, curbs and other design criteria.
