Here are a few of the many services we provide. If we do not provide the service you are looking for, we will try to help find someone who can!
Boundary Survey
We will research the recorded records for you and your neighbors property. Utilizing this research we will try to resolve and mark your boundary as well as produce a drawing of our final opinion. We can also help guide you through some options if you have a boundary dispute with your neighbor, or suspect an encroachment.
Line Staking
Putting up a fence? We can put stakes down your property line, or wherever you need, to help keep your fence straight.
Subdivision Design & Layout
We begin with a Boundary Survey, and after the boundary has been resolved we can help you design your subdivision concept and lay out the lots and roads. We will also work with the engineer to design drainage, sewage, etc.
We also do "Minor Divisions". These are small subdivisions in which one or two parcels of land are "cut" off of a larger parcel. Usually requiring no new road.
ALTA Surveys
We have extensive experience with American Land Title Association surveys and their requirements. Please do not hesitate to call for details.
Flood Certificates
We do FEMA flood plain certificates, generally used for flood insurance problems or to acquire building permits.
Engineering Services
We have a Registered Engineer on staff that can do all site plans, hydrographic studies, as well as design roadways, drainage, and sewerage as required for subdivision design. Or we can also work closely with any Design Professional that you may choose. We will provide the Design Professional with a digital file of our work (in AutoCAD format) for their convenience.
